TML celebrates "International Women's Day"

Total Malawi Limited commemorated the 2020 International Women's Day on 9th March. Under the theme "Each for equal", TML gave this year's activity a local spin by focusing on sexual harassment in the workplace as something that affects both men and women equally. The team shared a presentation on the subject and held group discussions so both sides would contribute to making the office a safe space to work. The activity is in line with Total Global's Better Together project which aims at, among other things, building a safe place to work for all staff.
