Africa Customer Week 2020

Total Malawi held its Africa Customer Week between 2nd and 6th  November 2020. Under the theme "More than customers, partners" this year's event focuses on enriching the relationship with customers from one that is transaction based to one that is a value based partnership where each party provides value to the other.

In her remarks on the launch date, Total Malawi Managing Director Salamata Ball noted that due to COVID-19 this year's event would be different from the previous ones but would be even more important as most customers had been affected by the pandemic and it was necessary for the affiliate to listen to customer needs.

We would like to engage customers face to face keeping in mind COVID safety measures. The customer week is our opportunity to know our customers, try to engage them, appreciate them, and think of providing high quality solutions to them so we are valuable in solving their everyday needs and challenges," she said.
