TMML holds Africa Customer Week 2022

TotalEnergies Marketing Malawi Limited (TMML) celebrated this year's Africa Customer Week (ACW) from 7th to 11th November 2022 throughout Malawi.

This year's event was held under the theme "WITH YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY". Launching the company's customer interaction initiatives at the TMML Head Office in Blantyre, Managing Director Nerusha Govender noted that the customer week as per its theme was an opportunity to help customers embark on their energy transition.

"As the market leader, we are the partner to accompany our customers in any energy they choose to transition to," she said.

To highlight the effectiveness of solar energy, TMML held solar nights in its stations across the week where only solar light was used to illuminate station shops.

Apart from leading the conversation on reducing carbon emissions in Malawi, TMML also collected customer feedback on its products and services as part of its ACW activities and met with corporate customers.

The Africa Customer Week is an annual event which helps the company focus on improving its relationship with its customers and optimizing service delivery.
